Support, Terms & Privacy Summary

Terms of use summary

Using the Nanobot platform is subject to the system's terms and conditions. You must use the platform correctly for its intended purpose, and must not use it unlawfully, in violation of third-party providers' terms, or in ways that damage the system.

You are responsible for your account settings, bot usage, API connections, safeguarding your credentials, and decisions to use functions within the system. The platform is a tool to support your usage; it does not guarantee investment returns and does not warrant that using automation will fully reduce market risk.

Read the full terms of use before going live, and review changes to the terms periodically. See the full Terms of Service.

Privacy policy summary

Nanobot values your privacy and data protection. Data related to your account, platform usage, exchange connections, and in-system activity is handled within the scope necessary for service delivery, security, usage support, and improving system quality.

The system limits data access to what is necessary and uses appropriate measures to protect data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. You still share responsibility for safeguarding your own sensitive data — passwords, verification codes, API keys, and other security information.

Read the full privacy policy to understand the types of data the system stores, the purposes of use, and your related rights.

API and third-party connection policy

Connecting exchange accounts and external services via API is a key part of using the platform. Create an API key specifically for use with Nanobot and enable only the permissions necessary for actual operation — such as reading data and placing trades where supported.

Do not enable withdrawal, transfer, or other permissions not needed for actual use, to help reduce account security risk.

Understand that third-party connections are also subject to those providers' terms and limits. If an external service has problems, changes its API, or imposes access limits, it may affect how the platform works.

Affiliate policy

Use of the Affiliate system must be transparent and within the platform's terms. Do not use prohibited methods such as self-referral, creating accounts to farm benefits, spamming links, or providing information that misleads about the platform or returns.

Affiliate commission and benefits are counted only under the system's conditions and may depend on the referral's status, the referred user's activity, and the referrer's Tier.

If abnormal behavior or policy violations are detected, the system may suspend benefits, adjust totals, or limit Affiliate usage as appropriate.

What to prepare before contacting support

Before contacting support, prepare the relevant details — such as the time of the event, bot name, trading pair, transaction ID, deal ID, the error message you saw, screenshots, and the steps you've already tried.

If the issue involves payment, prepare proof of payment, the reference, or the Transaction ID. If it involves API or external signals, prepare your configuration details, the permission list, and the related signal-send log.

Preparing complete information from the start helps the team review faster and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth.

Submitting and following up on a case

When submitting to support, describe the problem clearly, concisely, and to the point — such as a login issue, API connection, a bot not opening deals, or a payment amount not updating.

If you have several issues, separate them into different cases for easier tracking. After submitting, keep the case reference number to follow up, and check for replies through the same channel regularly. If the team asks for more information, reply by referencing the same case so the review stays continuous and avoids duplication.

Providing information and waiting

After creating a help request, provide details about your problem accurately and thoroughly. The more detail you provide, the faster our staff can resolve your issue. Please remember our staff are working hard to help everyone, so please be respectful and patient while waiting for a reply.
